Was curious on how to change the configuration of the Change Window. Reviewed submitted comments and dont see further drilling to the Calendar to segment forward schedule.
We want to use the out of the box solution but want to add more value by color coding the type of change (Normal, Urgent, Emergency, and Standard) so that we can see look forward (as well as rear). Out current view is not correct so we will reinstall.
1. Can you configure the "Highlight based on" to show "Type" of change instead of Approval or other values?
2. We will keep it basic to ensure supportability. We did try to build a Change Calendar "report" but my Dev team said it will not show Blackout Windows like the out of the box. Can someone confirm?
