How to create a custom report in ServiceNow ?

Could anyone please help to create a report in below format ? We are on Madrid release.

you will have to use performance analytics to show this kind of format.

You will need to configure PA indicators, breakdowns for achieving this.

If you don't have PA, then you can configure custom charts to generate this type of report.

We don't have Performance Analytics, could you provide some links which provide information about creating custom charts showing aggregated data ? Any help would be appreciated.

Also there are several Out of the Box free Incident performance analytics indicators - I would suggest checking those out as well.
