Luis,

Thank you for the screen shot.   Those filters can be configured by going to "System Definition -> Filters".   On that table you can create a new record, assign a name, set the table to incident, and then configure your filter.   Then when adding content to your homepage, under Filters -> Incident, you should see the new filters.

Note: your instance will automatically display 5 entries (one for each view) for each filter record you create.

Thanks

Brian

Luis,

Do you mean gauges?   Widgets are used to display a UI Page on the homepage, while gauges are typically used to display lists (like a list of incidents) on the homepage.   Do you want a homepage that has multiple lists, 1 list per region?

Are you running ServiceNow Express or the Enterprise Edition?

Thanks

Brian

Hi Brian,

I refer to the modules that display incidents (for ex) filtered but I need to add various widgets that shows incidents filtered by location. This filter does not exist by default. Like that:

find_real_file.png

I need to know how I can create new filters in the column after Incident (Active, Active (ess), Active (Major Incidents), etc ..)find_real_file.png

Thanks for your answers

Luis
