is it a office 365 account?
Once you have it, you need to set up the SMTP and POP3 email account in ServiceNow. Navigate to System Mailboxes->Administrations->Email Accounts and create your SMTP and POP3 account. And you would like to deactivate the ServiceNow mailboxes

Instead of Forwarding, please use Redirect, because forwarding will add a FW.
