How to create a report for Request Items

Hello,

I have to create a report for all open incident tickets that is assigned to my group and has not been updated for the past 72 hours. I have started creating the report, however, I do not see the options to filter the report to show; (1) Assigned to my group, and (2) not update in 72 hours.

Please help.

Click add filter condition and select like the one given in the screenshot below

If you want before 72 hours only then select before after the relative option.Select the required table and filter it accordingly


Please how do I export it to excel? I only have the option to export to pdf.
