Hello,
I have to create a report for all open incident tickets that is assigned to my group and has not been updated for the past 72 hours. I have started creating the report, however, I do not see the options to filter the report to show; (1) Assigned to my group, and (2) not update in 72 hours.
Please help.

Click add filter condition and select like the one given in the screenshot below
