How to create a report on additional comments or work notes not updated in last 7 days

I see there is a base report called "Incidents Not Updated for 7 Days", however, I am interested in creating a report on Incidents where there have been no additional comments or work notes in the last 7 days". Any ideas on how to go about creating this type of report?

Hi,

The below condition will help you to get the tickets without any updates for last 7 days.

I am specifically looking for updates to Work Notes and Additional Comments only. If someone reassigns a ticket to another group, it will deem this as an "Update" and I don't want to consider these as an update.
