How to create multi level menu in the Service Portal

Hi,

I have created a menu in the SP Header Menu. I want it to be multi-level dropdown.

I have added menu and parent. but still i am unable to see the sub menus.

Please help in this.

Hi @Community Alums ,

I have seen this community post. But still submenu is not visible. I am not writing any script. I just add the menu with parent and link.
