How to create multiple Business Continuity Plans from an import spreadsheet?

I have to create 300+ business continuity plans, I have all the data need to create the record, but when I try to do an easy import insert off the sn_bcp_plan table it errors out without a clue as to why?

How can I import these 300 records?
