Hello @Srinivas snow28

To get a new personal developer instance (PDI) in ServiceNow:

  1. Sign Up or Log In:

    • Go to the ServiceNow Developer Site.
    • If you don’t have an account, click on Sign Up and fill in your details. Verify your email to complete the registration.
    • If you already have an account, simply log in with your credentials.
  2. Request an Instance:

    • Once logged in, click on the Request Instance button in the header.
    • Select the version of ServiceNow you want for your instance. You can choose the latest release or any other available version.
    • Click on the Request button.
  3. Instance Details:

    • Wait for a few minutes while your instance is being set up.
    • Once ready, you will see a dialog box with your instance URL and admin login details.
    • Copy the Current Password to a safe location. You will need this to log in to your instance.
  4. Access Your Instance:

    • Click on the Open Instance button to open your instance in a new browser tab.
    • Log in using the username admin and the password you copied earlier.
    • You will be prompted to change the admin password on your first login. Make sure to choose a strong password.
  5. Explore and Customize:

    • After logging in, you can start exploring your instance.
    • Customize your menus, favorites, and start building or testing your applications.
  6. Keep Your Instance Active:

    • To keep your instance active, make sure to log in and use it regularly. Instances that are inactive for 10 days may be reclaimed.

By following these steps, you’ll have your own personal ServiceNow instance up and running.
