Sign up for Servicnow id--https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do
After signup signin to instance
Request for instance version-Xanadu and login.

@Srinivas snow28 Simply navigate to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do
1. Sign in
2. Click on Start Building or Request an Instance
3. Choose the release
Wait for the instance to get initialised. It usually takes 15-20 minutes.
Once it is done you can start using it.
