Hello Avi,

If you are referring to import sets, then the staging table can be created automatically during load data.

During load data, you have option either to say "create new table" or select the existing staging table. 

Please note that these staging tables are NOT counted as part of licensing. so you can create as many staging tables as you want and the fields are created based on the excel document that you import.

Hi,

When you go to load data, you have option to select "create new table" once selected it creates a new staging table.

Hi Avi,
If you want to create staging table seperately then you can go to tables modules and create a new table and extend that table with import set row table.
