How to disable/remove Virtual Agent Chat' functionality/option from Service Portal

How to hide virtual agent icon, i mean how to remove the functionality, we don't want to show chat option to the client.

the widget "Virtual Agent Service Portal Widget" is in "Virtual Agent Service Portal Widgets" application

Is this application "Virtual Agent Service Portal Widgets" present in your next instance?
