Hi Folks,
Please could you help me on the below scenarios.
1. End user will open the Service request form and we have configuration item field.
For ITIL User able to see the CI in the variable.
but For End User unable to see the CI .
Based on the CI we want to show the Service Name on the Service portal.
Please let me know if any other information is required.

Hi,
Check the End Users have access to the "Cmdb_CI" table. Check the ACLs on Cmdb_Ci Acls read access.
