Gopi,
I think you're looking for Service 360 .
These docs should get you started, but there's work to do to connect it up, most specifically you'll need to create your Business Services, map them to infrastructure, and then leverage Outage records to record service availability. ServiceNow Service Mapping and Discovery (parts of the ServiceWatch Suite) can help automate a large portion of this, getting you up and running quickly.

Hi Rob,
Thank you for the suggestion
But what I have performed is, after enabling 'Service Portfolio Management', I have created couple of Service offerings (for set of Applications) and a report displayed in the homepage which shows the Total Availability percentage (for that set of service offerings).
When a P1 ticket is created under an application, the corresponding Service Offering becomes unavailable and the report shows the availability percentage (after the ticket is resolved).
I have created that report as a speedometer report. By clicking on the center point, it shows the service availability for those service offerings but in my case it is displaying null records (please see the snap below)
It should be giving the details of outages occurred in corresponding service offerings.
Please help!!!
Thanks,
Gopi
