How to download the image from catalog item ?

I just want to download the image of catalog item in JPG format. Is this possible?

Hi @SK

Add the JPG attachment to the catalog item.

Now In description field click on Insert/Modify link you can see the image like below:

Now select type as attachment you can see the attached attachments in drop down. When user clicks on it it will download the image.

1. Copy attachment to Incident 

GlideSysAttachment.copy('sc_cat_item','sys_id','incident','sys_id');​

• Find new attachment in 'sys_attachment' table
• Remove 'ZZ_YY' from the begining in 'Table name' column
• Download attachment from Incident record
