How to edit the fields on the Activity?

hi everyone! after submitting an RITM ticket, there's this field changes on the Activities of the RITM ticket.
we need to make some changes on this part as we need to add and remove some fields. where can I change what appears on this part?

Hi @jeffreygard1127,
You can edit that part by using the filter icon next to the Activities section. Once there, you should be able to see the table fields and add or remove the desired information to be displayed.

Hi @jeffreygard1127 ,
If you want to change the fields to be displayed on the Activity Stream , You Can customise that through Selecting the Filter Icon on the Top Right of the Activities Field , After Selecting you can Edit the Fields that are to be Displayed on the Activities Field ,
