HI,
Right click the related list header and use Configure> List Control. Check if the "Omit Edit" button is checked. If so, uncheck it. If it is already unchecked, click the Enable Edit button (see images below.)

Hi Sampath,
Refer below screenshot:
After clicking on List control Uncheck the Omit edit button, by default its checked then save the form. You can able to see the Edit UI Action for your related list.
PS: Hit like, Helpful or Correct depending on the impact of the response.
