How to enable feature 'who else is viewing the ticket' in ServiceNow. This feature is not available in our instance.

In my instance it's not working.

I found below property which is showing the presence.

glide.ui.presence.disabled

Hi,

This is enabled by default,

It seems both users should be in the same form then you will see it.
