The Problem record is not getting linked in the Native/Classic view of the Change ticket.

When I try to add a Problem ticket to the Change Request related list in Service Operation Workspace, the record gets added but is not reflected in the Native/Classic view, and vice versa.
However, in my PDI, when I add a Problem ticket to a Change Request, it gets added successfully and is reflected correctly in both SOW and Native/Classic views. This behavior is not consistent in the client instance.
Could anyone please help me on this

@Sruthi_2511 Try to add it again in Default view and would that stay now? If yes, then there is an issue synching the data from instance to SOW.
You can raise a ticket with Servicenow as we can't really access your client instance and it's a defect with the very platform.
