Hi,
I have disable the Interceptor of the Problem task as per the requirement to create Ptask from a problem record in 2 different related tab (Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action:(General) ). Please check the screenshot below problem_incident.
Now the user can create a Root cause analysis or Corrective Action Ptask directly clicking the New button without the Interceptor.
Issue:
Now the interceptor has been disabled from the Problem task list.
So if the user wants to open/create a Ptask from problem task list, I want the Interceptor to choose the Ptask type (Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action).
Below is the Interceptor screenshot which I have disabled but now I wanted to enabled it for the Problem task list.
Thanks,
Nipan

Hi @Nipan1
The screenshot you shared is the interceptor of problem task, You can validate if intercepts field has problem_task.do and the Answers should be active.

Hi @Voona Rohila,
The issue is, I have made the active 'False' and the problem_task.do was there only. But now the Interceptor page is not showing where I can make it active 'True'.

There is no active field on Interceptor.
the below highlighted Interceptors field Tells us on which table it is enabled.
and also make sure the answers are set to active = true.
