Teams Virtual agent Bot is not responding(Not showing any data from table) when the flow comes to User Input Reference choice node.

Hello,

When I use the User Input Reference choice in the virtual agent Via teams, it is not getting the table's data. The table only has 200 records. When I start the topic it is starting correctly, but when the flow comes to the reference node, I am not getting any response from the bot. I had to restart the bot. 

Note: In Portal, it is working perfectly. In Slack, I am getting only a few records, not all. But, Slack is at least responding. Can any one of you please help in fixing the Team's bot and slack to get all the records? Thank you!!

Do you have any new information regarding the above issue

 

We have recently implemented the virtual assistant setup with both MS Teams and Slack. However, we encountered a recurring problem. While in Slack, we were able to obtain a few options for the reference variable and in MS Teams, if the choices exceeded a few hundred, we did not receive any response from the virtual assistant. As a result, we had to restart the conversation.

In virtual agent i'm trying to show incident categories from sys_choice table. there are around 100 categories available, will the teams stuck or lags if i show 100 choices? How can choices can be shown in ms teams without having any issue?
