How to field default Hint text

How to remove default text from hint?In field label default text message is not visible. can you please let me know where to edit Hint message.Please find screenshot attached.

  1. Go to the sys_dictionary of the Incident number.
  2. Click on Labels related list
  3. Open row (if more than 1) for the table you wish to update hint
  4. Remove the hint or replace with other text

But basically, set Accessibility enabled to false in your instance or set Accessible tooltips on forms to false.
