Hi Community,
how to filter incident, sc_task, problem, change tickets in dashboards by selecting the particular user.
we have a dashboard there theirs 4 reports " incident, sc_task, problem, change " if I select user1 it data should show only that particular user tickets only and should be consider the below conditions also.
Can any one help me to archive the functionality
Conditions :
user - is - active
Group - is - active
group.parent - is - test parent group.

Hi @rajasekar reddy ,
Quite easy if you have "just" created standard reports through the report designer. If this is the case, create an interactive filter which refer to the specific "assigned to" etc. on the different tables. https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-now-intelligence/page/use/dashboards/concept/c_Homepage...

You need to create the interactive filter on the dashboard, as you already bring the reports of dashboard.
