Hi Connections,
Help me find out how the impacted_service field on em_alert table populates zero, is it OOB if yes which script is doing helping to populate i want to know otherwise is any other functionality running behind or is it depend on event management correlation logic if yes that means mapping is missing.
help me understand this.
