Hi,

Can I know what is the change that I have to make to display the RITM number instead of request number?

Do I have to change any UI macro or what is the change I have to make and I also want to change some wording in front of the RITM number, any suggestions will really help.

Clicking the Request number should take you to show the associated requested items.

The reason it shows the request, because one request can be bundled as multiple requested items. If thats not a mandatory requirement, I would leave it as it is.

Hi Sanjiv,

Thanks for responding, we never work on requests we only work on RITM's. So, I am not at all worried about the requests and there is no scope for two request items under the same request number.

Ultimately as soon as you submit the request instead of showing the request number I want the RITM number that is associated with that request.

Thanks
