How to get the order guide variables visible in RITM

Hi,

I have created one order guide and added some variables in that. After creating the RITM using the order guide and catalog item attached to it, I'm unable to see the varible values I have filled in the order guide in that RITM created. How I can make it visible in the RITM?

Hi

The order guide is only a front end used to determine which items are added to the ordered request.

So if you need variables from the order guide to be seen on the items, you need to create the same variables on the catalog items and set a checkmark in "cascade variables" on the order guide
