How to Implement Red Dot Flagging for a Specific Field in List View?

Hi,

I need help with a scenario where I want to add a red dot flag to the list view of a specific field (the stage field in an RITM). Specifically, I want the record to be visually marked with a red dot whenever the field has a particular value ("waiting_for_approval"). I tried for the onCellEdit client script. But I’m not sure how to trigger this red dot flagging on the list view.
