How to impliment questions and answers in Vitual agent

Hi,

I have mentioned sample data as shown below image. I want to impliment in Virtual agent.

Here they given questions and answers data and two different topics like General questions and Related questions so how to impliment in Vitual agent csm portal.

I need step by steps so can anyone plase help on this? It will be useful.
