How to install Servicenow ITSM to my company ?

For my company they were asking to implementing servicenow can you guide what are the steps should I follow ?

unfortunately, it is not really clear what your issue is.

Does your question mean that you have no ServiceNow at the moment and want to know how to get a customer instance? If so, please go to https://www.servicenow.com/contact-us/sales.html to get in touch with a ServiceNow Sales rep.

Or do you already have ServiceNow instance, and you want to know how you can install there the ITSM module? If so, there is no need to do that because the basic ITSM module is always already installed. But check whether you have the proper fulfiller licenses to use that module. 

And in case I should have understood you completely wrong, please provide more details to help us understand you better.

If you don't have ITSM "installed/implemented", then does that mean you don't have ServiceNow purchased at your company, yet? Or do...but just haven't utilized the ITSM application within?

You may want to speak to ServiceNow Sales or your ServiceNow Account Executive (if already a customer) and let them know your plan. They can help you work to find a partner to help implement ITSM or at least help guide you with some success documentation, such as: https://www.servicenow.com/content/dam/servicenow-assets/public/en-us/doc-type/success/playbook/impl...

Please review the above for an idea of the documentation that's out there then search for anything additional you may need.
