How to make a catalog item public in servicenow?

I need a catalog item to be made public like even without users logging in to servicenow, they should be allowed to submit the request.

Can I get the detailed explanation of how to achieve this.

Hi,

did you check table level READ ACL on that table "u_store"

ensure there is no role on it

There are 2 read, 1 write an d1 create ACL's.

No, its not showing the records to select from the reference field.
