How to make 'Source Task' field in write operation on Knowledge form.

Hi All,

I want to make 'Source Task' field in write mode for all, I did change a OOTB ACL also but didn't work can you help me with this.

I have removed 'nobody' role from ACL.

Hi you dont need to create/modify the ACL. Just make the OOB ACL inactive and there is a OOB UI Policy called "Make source read only" which is setting the source field read only. Deactivate this UI policy as well then it will work

I want to update from Knowledge form to incident and I tried above script for after update and insert but didn't work could you check once.

You need to write it on Incident table and Business Rule should Display one.

Sorry but I am not getting what you are saying but,

I want to update on Incident form when ill update knowledge form so BR should be on knowledge form right?

Plz mark my earlier response as Accept which is regarding UI policy, you have not marked it as Accept.
