How to make ui action visible to particular related list, it shouldn't effect any other related list.
Please help me with this.

To make a UI Action visible for a particular related list in ServiceNow without affecting other related lists, you can configure the UI Action to be context-specific by using the Show condition field and scripting it accordingly.
