How to migrate Knowlege Articles from one Instance to another

Hi , 
I have 300+ articles from old instance and would like to migrate them to new instance please share recommended methods and advantages/disadvantages 
Secondly has anyone used to add to update set feature to migrate KB  how was their experience ?
