How to move a Change from Authorize to Scheduled with open Tasks

Hello,
In Normal Change I have created a Subflow which is create 2 Tasks in New state.
This is working so far. The Change can moved to Asses, moves automatically to Authorize.
But after Approval the Change stays in Authorize State and don't moves to Scheduled.
I can imagine, the the problem are the open Tasks.
Any Ideas?

The workflow/flow gets stuck, so it has not moved to a scheduled state. Check the workflow context/ flow context and determine the cause. This will give you a clear idea why it is stuck.

It was not the Tasks, it was the Approval Definition, respectively too fast testing.
It seems, that too fast approving of different approval groups has strange effects. Group approvals does not change the state to approved, after last approval some will be set to "Not longer required"...
If I take more more time for the workflow it works fine.
