How to notify third party tool when P1 incident is created.

Hi All,

 

We have existing integration with 3rd party tool. Currently I want to notify 3rd party when p1 incident is created. Using REST API how can we configure it ? Could you please guide me with step by step process need to follow ?

so ask 3rd party to give you some endpoint where you can send details when P1 incident is created.

You can use after insert BR on incident condition as Priority=P1

You can use REST Message in BR script

Hi,

There are some different options available, depending on the 3rd party tool you're connecting to.

If there are no ready-made integration hub spokes or similar, and you need to create a REST message from scratch, then I would advice to look at this free course from the Developer site to get started.
