Hi all,
Please help how to pass the variables to Sctask from Order guide.
We have same variable sets created on the catalog item and order guide.
and checked the cascade variable as "true".
Unable to view order guide variables on sc tasks. While initiating the request using catalog item instead of Order guide, we are able to see the information on Sctask.
We need to display the values if the request is raised from order guide as well.
Please help me with the best way to achieve this.
Thank you,
Raja ravindra.

hi,
Few checks before we proceed ahead:
1) Are this variables available on catalog item which are on order guide.
2) Have you added the variables to be visible on catalog task in workflow. If you open the workflow catalog task activity then you have to add the variables which should be visible on task.
3) RITM is always mapped with RITM and not directly with SCTASK.
Thanks,
Ashutosh
