How to process multiple attachments from a data source?

I am working CSV files. I have an UI action on my ticket form, when user clicks on ui action the attachment available on the ticket will be copying to my data source and processing transform map and working fine. 

My problem is when multiple users working on different tickets by clicking the UI action the data source is processing only one attachment who clicks first. The rest all are not processing. 

Please help me on this how can i process multiple attachments from a data source automatically..
