Hi All,
Post we upgraded to Utah version, by default for most of them Service Operations Workspace view is showing up as soon as they login, if they try to search any Incident / Change / Problem / Knowledge. Users do not want this and need normal view of Incidents and other records. How to make sure it is enabled for all. Any properties has to be set ?
Users are confused by this sudden change in their views of records.
Please suggest.
