Users are not able to login through SSO after LDAP change

Hi People,

 

Users are facing issues with logging into the instance through SSO.

 

We have recently modified the LDAP server integration from the previous one & built a new LDAP server, both are via MID Server. But, previously users were able to login using SSO but after modifying ( new LDAP server) users are not able to login through SSO. We had to clear the 'SSO' and 'Source' fields in the User table and login using /login.do method to login into the instance. Please help with the adjustments that are to be done to make SSO login work. Thanks In Advance.

Also, I probably would recommend you to raise a Hi support ticket with ServiceNow to tackle the issue.
