Hi Kamlesh,

What are you trying to remove from communications tab? If it is 'Initiate business conference call' and related actions 'Vies task' and 'Close task' then, you need to update the flow designer Major Incident Response and Resolution. This flow is creating two Incident alerts  'Business Communication' and 'Technical Resolution' and associated tasks.

In this case 'Initiate business conference call' is an incident alert task that is created from the flow designer. Let me know if that does not work.

Thanks

Right Click on FOrm Header and click Configure Form Layout

and under  Information tab   go to that fields and remove.

Hi,

Did you notice the screen shot I provided ? I do not see any servicenow option on right click at form header since that is not a record from table, that is a UI page.

It would be helpful to me if you could prove screen shot of the way you are suggesting.

Thanks,

Kamlesh
