How to Request Maintenance schedule from user using service request or other

Hello I am in desperate need of help ; I would like to request maintenance schedules from system owners but in our organization we have over 900 systems that requires maintenance schedules and I am trying to find an automated way of requesting through ServiceNow with out sending out 900 different emails. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

We had a similar use case of our client. What we did, we build the maintaince  form as catalog item and asked our users to fill the details. Even though it did not automate all process but atelast 40-50% was automated.

we created 2 catalog item

- New maintenance Schedule  -- > Add the approval and use flow to auto create the schedule after approval.

- Modify the existing maintenance schedule
