How to restrict users to see the announcement banner on service portal

Hi Experts,

I have activated the plugin "Service Portal User Criteria Support" to restrict few users to see the announcement banner 

I have created one user criteria and locked  the user's name in that and after this i have added this criteria in CANNOT VIEW ACCESS column. But Unfortunately NO Luck . Please suggest me the ways if its possible to restrict .

Hi Sheetal,

Did you try clearing instance cache using cache.do and also logout and login back and then check

Hi Sheetal,

 

Can you make sure for the Announcement form Public checkbox is disabled.
