Hi Experts,
I have activated the plugin "Service Portal User Criteria Support" to restrict few users to see the announcement banner
I have created one user criteria and locked the user's name in that and after this i have added this criteria in CANNOT VIEW ACCESS column. But Unfortunately NO Luck . Please suggest me the ways if its possible to restrict .
Thanks In Advance
Regards
Sheetal

Hi Sheetal,
Yes, there will not be any negative impact or consequence. Better do it off business hours but again this is just cache clear nothing will be deleted.

Hi Sheetal,
I believe you would have tested this in your DEV, TEST instance
If that worked well in those instances it should work well in PROD as well
If you still want to do instance cache clearing; please do this in non-business hours
Please consider marking answer as ✅Correct & 👍Helpful.
