How to Retain answer for the Knowledge Article Helpful (Yes/No)

Hi All,

 

Looking for help on retaining answer on the knowledge article for the question Helpful? which appears at the bottom of an article in the knowledge portal. OOB scenario is it refreshes for every view and allows user to input the answer.

Requirement is to retain the answer when user gives it once and not refresh it for every view of the article.
