How to revert to the old Create New Change request interceptor?

Hello,

We are a brand new instance implemented on Quebec and we are seeing that the Create New Change request interceptor page was updated in Quebec.

How can we change the interceptor back to the old view?

Can this be achieved?

Hi Meghan, There is a system property which can be set to false so that change models are not used/hidden. https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-it-service-management/page/product/change-management/reference/change-models-properties.html This should help. Chas.

It’s also worth noting that Change models is a new introduction since Quebec. The advantage is that it enables a company to setup change models which can run in mode 1 or mode 2 with different states which apply. The interceptor will be legacy although many still use this.
