How to rollback to older version

Hi team,

I got a situation here, We have a dublin environment and we have upgraded our dev and qa to Geneva environment.

Now we want our dev and QA back to dublin, please let me know is it possible?

Also if we clone dev and qa(geneva) environment from production(dublin) will they go back to original?

We want dev to be exact replica of production which has been upgraded now, how can we achieve this?

If you clone production (Dublin) onto another environment, it will be in Dublin as well.   We've done this before when trying out patch versions in our sandbox about a year ago when we went from Dublin to Fuji, and Fuji Patch 5 broke our instance so much we clone over and started again with something different.   So unless it's changed in the last year, you should be good.

If your production is upgraded to Geneva, you'll need to call ServiceNow Support.   They keep backups for a period of time, but I'm not sure what that is (it's probably in your contract).   You could restore from back up if it's not been too long ago.

Hi Gaurav,

This request can best be handled with a Clone request from HI.
