How to send a notification email to assigned to and assigned group when the sla is breached.

Can anyone please help on this, It will be useful.

@mania You can create a notification which triggers on sla.warning.breach event the table should be task_sla table.

 

Here is the configuration.

Tried with this approach but notification is not triggerd even the sla breached.

Can you help on this, It will be useful.
