How to send an attachment which is attached to RITM in Email Notification

Hi team,

 

As per my business requirement, I need to send attachment in email notification which is attached to RITM record while raising a request.

Please help me with this.

Hi @Haceena Shaik 

You can make include attachment checkbox on the notification to true

The Notification should be on Advanced view for the field to be visible.

Hi @Haceena Shaik Assuming your notification is on RITM table.click advanced view on Notification Under what it will contain tab Just check the below checkbox by .
