How to send email notification to all members of an assignment group

Hello,

How I can I send an email notification to all members of an assignment group ?

Currently when an incident ticket is created it goes to the group incident queue manager.

Any ideas are welcome.

Quick question Sanjiv & Sanchin,

It looks like management added a twist to the request, they want all the members of the dba group to receive an email and all the other groups the initial email should go to the assignment group queue manager.

I think this would have be to done in Java script?

You can easily do that By expanding the Assignment Group field in Users/Groups in fields add select manager.

Similarly you can add your DBA group in the Groups field as shown below
